All orders are shipped in plain packaging. Nothing on the box will indicate what is inside the packaging.

 

Can I have my package delivered to where I work or my P.O Box?

Yes you can specify where you would like your order to be sent.                                      

 Please leave your alternate mailing address in the comments section on the order form.

 

It is our intention to supply you with your order as soon as possible, if an item is out of stock delays can occur.

IF there are going to be delays with your order one of our staff members will contact you.

 

All orders will be delivered when payment has been approved.

 

Returns/ Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer any exchange or refunds, with exception of a 7 day exchange policy if the product you purchase is of mechanical defect.

 

Exchange will only be allowed if the item is returned in its original condition. This includes any packaging and swing tags to be attached. If the swing tags are removed or the item has been worn/ used there will be no exchange.

 

Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
